MD’S Message
Greetings everybody,
People ask me why I at the old age of 70 years am endeavoring to contribute something to the welfare of children when others of my age are leading a sedentary life of retirement. I tell them that work is the only way to keep going and in the process I am also doing something useful for society and the future of our children.
I’d been recognized and honored for my sincerity and diligence in my position as a Central Government Official (Security Commissioner , Railway, Vadodara, India).Amongst the many awards given to me I treasure the Presidents Police Medal for Meritorious Service(1981) the most. After all this, I did not envisage a post retirement life of emptiness. Moreover, I have this burning desire to help youngsters imbibe an achievement oriented attitude. The UC MAS concept struck me as a novel and unique method of teaching, which I felt would be a boon to children and parents of Mumbai.
During my life span I have closely watched and admired the steel life preservance and sheer hard work of achievers like Mahatma Gandhi, Mother Teresa, Sherpa Tenzing and Edmund Hillary to name a few. These Indian/Nepal ‘stars’ have made an indelible mark in their respective fields of work and hence are my favorites.
I now nurture and strive towards this self made goal of bringing out the hidden genius in our children. I firmly believe that the UC MAS program will go a long way in boosting the confidence of young children and ultimately help them to become achievers in whatever field or profession they choose to be in. I believe that a strong foundation, which we provide at UC MAS, is the stepping stone to success.
